VisionApp 2010 R2 - network install with DB


How do I fix or reset this – seems that a new icon for added and its crashing it app

If you have a valid subscription try to upgrade to a newer version - in vRD 2011 the faulting icon will be displayed as error icon

If you do not want to upgrade you can only delete all your icons with the following command

DELETE FROM vCCConfiguration WHERE ConfigKey = 'vRD_Icons' - deleting of one icon is not possible, because the data is serialized to one big text field.
