mRemote Error 2065

Hi,

We have mRemote installed on a TS environment (used to allow multiple users to connect to customer environments). The confcons.xml file is loaded from a shared location but some users are experiencing 2065 error messages on connecting to RDP sessions (only certain ones).

There is no more error logging information, does anyone have any idea what causes this or how it can be rectified???
